At PorchSource, all of our products are custom-built to your selected specifications. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders
All porch windows, doors, and panels are made to the exact dimensions and options selected at the time of purchase. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been approved by the customer.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements and selections are correct before approving an order. We strongly recommend reviewing your measurements carefully and referencing our Measure Guide before purchasing.
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot make changes or modifications after an order has been approved by the customer.
PorchSource is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and, if applicable, work with you to provide a replacement or resolution.
Order Changes
Because orders are processed quickly, we are unable to guarantee changes or modifications after an order has been placed. If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping Issues
Once your order has shipped, PorchSource is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. However, we will assist in resolving any shipping-related issues when possible.
