At PorchSource, all products are custom-built to order. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Order Processing & Lead Times

All porch windows, doors, and panels are built to your selected specifications.

Orders typically ship within 4-6 weeks, depending on product type and order volume. Lead times may vary during peak seasons.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via standard ground or freight carriers, depending on size and quantity.

Smaller orders may ship via parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.), while larger orders may ship via freight delivery.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.


Delivery

Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method.

For freight shipments:

  • Delivery is typically curbside.

  • The windows will typically need to be unloaded by hand. The driver will not be able to assist.


Inspecting Your Order

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged, note the damage with the carrier and contact us within 2 days with photos of the issue so we can assist with a resolution.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, PorchSource is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors outside of our control.
